EA recently announced the release of the first DLC for Battlefield 1. It is set to be released in March of 2017. In the DLC they are adding 4 all new maps. Also you will now be able to play as the French army as they join the fight. An all new game mode called Frontlines. The game mode is a mix between the game modes Conquest and Rush. You will also now be able to drive two new vehicles including: A steel behemoth tank, and an assault tank. There is a new Elite class; trench raider. Finally there is going to be a new stationary weapon the Siege Howitzer, it is similar to the field gun. In order to get the DLC you either have to buy it or buy the premium pass allowing you to get all future DLC’s also.
